Registration

All ICCAFFE2011 Delegates and Attendees are required to register and at least one author per paper must attend (except video-conference proposals). Conference registration fees vary depending on the origin and quality of delegates and the package chosen (please refer to the below details). Early-bird registration is no open until March 15, 2011. Beyond this deadline, different rates are applicable*:

From December 1st, 2010 to April 5, 2011: Preferential Tarifs
From April 6 to May 18th, 2011: + 25%*
On-site Registration: +50%*

* Increase applies only to simple registration. When a delegate chooses a package, the increase concerns only the simple registration amount.

Simple registration includes:

Admission to all Conference sessions
Conference documentation
3 Lunches and 6 breaks during the three conference days
Admission to diner on one conference day
Publication in case the complete paper is accepted by the Scientific Committee
Regarding the Field Visits, additional fees are required
