REGISTRATION TO GECS-2012

All GECS-2012 Delegates and Attendees are required to register and at least one author per paper must attend (except for video-conference presentations). Conference registration fees vary depending on delegate categories and the chosen package (please refer to the below details).

Co-authors who want to attend the conference as listeners can benefit from a discount of 15% applicable only to package options.

Early-bird registration will be open from August 15, 2012 to September 30, 2012. Beyond this deadline, different rates are applicable*:

• From  August 15, 2012 to Septebmer 30, 2012: Preferential Tariffs
• From October 1st to November 21, 2012: + 15%*
• On-site Registration: +25%*

* When a delegate chooses the package option, the increase applies only to the simple registration part.

Simple registration option includes:

• Admission to all Conference sessions
• Conference documentation
• 3 Lunches and 6 breaks during the three conference days
• Admission to diner on one conference day
• Publication in case the final paper is accepted by the Scientific Committee
• Regarding Field Visits, additional fees are required
• Delegates can also purchase the latest NRCS publications with preferential rates.

Package registration option includes, in addition to the above services, access hotels close to the conference venue with preferential negotiated tariffs.
